Highline has hired three new full-time staff members dedicated to the ctcLink project.

Pictured left to right, Rosemary Darrough, Jill Hammitt and Shaden Attili are working with ctcLink project manager Pat Daniels — as well as the two teams of current Highline employees charged with planning for the college’s implementation of ctcLink — to ensure a smooth transition to the new software system.

Rosemary Darrough

Rosemary Darrough is the ctcLink business systems analyst for the Human Capital Management (HCM) and Finance (FIN) areas.

Some of you may recognize Rosemary from her previous stint at Highline when she worked in Human Resources. She has also worked at all three Seattle colleges as well as the Seattle District Office, holding various positions in the Registrar’s Office and in Human Resources.

Rosemary holds a bachelor’s degree in culture, literature and the arts from the University of Washington.

Her experience in our CTC system and with Highline has allowed her to immediately begin helping guide our subject matter experts in the HCM and FIN areas through the project activities and assignments.

Jill Hammitt

Jill Hammitt is the ctcLink business systems analyst for the Campus Solutions (CS) area.

Jill comes to Highline from the State Board for Community and Technical Colleges (SBCTC), where she spent three and a half years supporting CS for colleges that are live on ctcLink. Most recently, she spent over a year and a half working on the ctcLink Project team in Campus Solutions Core.

Jill’s experience with PeopleSoft — the software that ctcLink uses — began in 2004 while working at City University of Seattle. She also held the position of functional analyst at Princeton University during a two-year PeopleSoft upgrade project, later returning to City University as a business process expert, in addition to teaching part-time.

Jill holds a master’s degree in organization and management from City University and is working on her doctorate in education.

Her vast experience working on the ctcLink project and with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Core has already proven invaluable to our ctcLink preparations at Highline.

Shaden Attili

Shaden Attili is the ctcLink project coordinator.

Shaden is a seasoned professional with more than 20 years of experience in project management in the banking industry. Most recently, she was project manager for Attili Design & Engineering, Inc., here in Washington. Prior to coming to the United States in 2016, Shaden worked for 18 years as senior project manager and IT manager for Jordan Commercial Bank and eight years as business support specialist/analyst for Arab Bank.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Jordan and has earned professional certifications in project management, change management and leadership development.

Shaden’s years of experience with project management has been a critical addition to our approach in preparing Highline for a successful implementation of ctcLink.
