Team Members

Who is leading ctcLink at Highline? Team members come from a variety of departments across campus. They meet regularly and are working diligently to plan for Highline’s ctcLink implementation.

Because of the large scope of the project, we have two teams approaching the implementation from different angles, one from the project side and one from the people side of the change.

The Highline ctcLink Project Team is responsible for planning, communicating and coordinating activities associated with implementing ctcLink on Highline’s campus. This group will be responsible for direct communication with the project team for ctcLink at the State Board (SBCTC) and making sure all implementation tasks are addressed and completed per project schedules.

The Organizational Change Management Team is responsible for helping manage and lead the campus community through the process of change. Because moving to ctcLink is a large, complex project, it will require some degree of change for everyone on campus. This group will focus on the people side of the change, including communications, assessing staff readiness for change and making plans to coach all faculty, staff and students through this change.

Additionally, many subject matter experts (SMEs) from across campus will be called on to participate in preparation and implementation activities as needed due to their expertise in various facets of college business. Most of them will also participate in data validation.
