Bias Incident is defined as a behavior or act directed at a person or group because of race, religion, gender and/or gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, national origin, age, creed and more.
Find your textbooks, supplies, and Thunderbird merchandise at the Bookstore on main campus.
King County Metro provides public transit service to the college with on-campus bus stops. You can purchase bus fares with cash or an ORCA card. To find out more about ORCA cards.
Concern. Assistance. Resources. Empowerment (CARE) team is an interdisciplinary group of employees that quickly responds to and intervenes as necessary in situations involving students of concern.
Highline and CWU-Des Moines students are provided with a credit each quarter to use for printing and/or copying. Students must first activate their accounts in order to access these funds. Computer Labs are available to students.
ctcLink is where students conduct all their business: selecting courses, paying tuition, tracking degree progress, and more. The state's Student Reference Center for instructions on how to perform all tasks on ctcLink. Tutorials are available for many tasks.

Directions for setting up your Highline email and Student Network Account. These accounts are automatically created for you the day after you register for classes.

Apply for Graduation using ctcLink. Need a replacement Diploma? Use this Diploma/Certificate re-order form.  Commencement is held every June.
ITS Help Desk provides support for technology tools for Highline students, including applications, tutorials, discount programs, password recovery, and other student technology services.
Highline will produce a 1098-T Tuition Statement form for students enrolled for qualifying tuition and class fees for the calendar year. How to view your 1098-T form on ctcLink.
My Apps Dashboard (Okta) (Multi-Factor Authentication) is the location for all your apps. Learn how to set up and use Okta Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for your ctcLink Account and more Highline apps.
Get a parking permit for the quarter, pay for daily parking, appeal a citation and locate parking locations on campus.

Public Safety serves and supports our campus community to ensure a safe and secure environment. Services include Public Safety Escorts and HC Text Alerts (Emergency Alerts).

Photo identification cards are issued by the Registration and Records office located on the first floor of Building 6. Your Student ID Number is your ctcLink Account Number.
If you have a preferred name you can add it to your contact information on ctcLink. When you add a preferred name, it will show up on your instructor's. Update your address.
