Dear Highline College,

With ctcLink Go-Live only 10 days away, I know how hard you all are working to make everything go as smoothly as possible with our transition. Our daily duties of teaching and supporting students is demanding enough, so I want to share how truly grateful I am for the countless hours and continued dedication to this project.

What I find most inspiring is the collegiately of our campus community during this most challenging time. I’ve witnessed it firsthand and heard anecdotes about colleagues who could have easily snapped under the pressure, but instead, have continued to bring their best selves to this critical work, treating one another with kindness and respect.

Despite our best intentions, I recognize there will be snags along the way. And there will certainly be a period of adjustment while we continue to learn and work with the new system and the changes in our workflow. But as you all have demonstrated over the past many months, we will persevere through the challenges.

Again, thank you. I deeply appreciate all of you for your efforts.
