Submit Event

  • Submit your request to have your event added to the Highline Event Calendar. Please provide event information at least two weeks prior to event.

  • If you have an image for your event, please upload it to the Web Calendar Assets location on the Highline College Google Drive. You will be required to sign in using your existing Highline College email and password. Once the upload is complete, return to this form to submit your event. Please upload only one JPG or PNG file.

    Note: An image is not required for event submission.

  • Step 1

    Once you’ve signed into Google Drive, upload a file by clicking the NEW button at the top left. Once you have signed into Google Drive, upload a file by clicking the NEW button at the top left.

    Step 2

    Next, click File upload.

    Step 3

    Then, select the file to upload. A preview of your file will then appear on the Drive. You can also drag and drop a file onto the Drive. Once you see that your image has been uploaded, return to this form to submit your event. Once you have signed into Google Drive, upload a file by clicking the NEW button at the top left.
