For the current pay period, January 16-31, note these critical deadlines.
Faculty and Staff
All faculty and staff must submit their time and leave reports by January 27 at 5 p.m.
- This deadline is earlier than normal due to ctcLink and Go-Live on February 8.
- “Reports” include all entries in the Time and Leave Reporting (TLR) system and all paper Absent Reports.
- Reports need to include future dates of January 28-31, if you will work.
This reporting is for the February 10 paycheck and will be the last pay period processed in the legacy system.
Supervisors must approve all time and leave reports by January 28 at noon.
Any time or leave not submitted by January 27 and approved by January 28 will not be paid on the February 10 paycheck. There will be no exceptions.
