ctcLink Go-Live Volunteer Opportunity

Delta DogGuest post by Tim Wrye, Executive Director of IT Services, CIO and ctcLink Project Executive Sponsor

We are getting closer to our ctcLink Go-Live date and many of you have asked how you can help make the transition go smoothly. Here’s your chance!

I am working with the Project Team to firm up plans for live support for students, staff and faculty in the form of Zoom lobbies.

We are soliciting for a pool of faculty and staff who are interested in helping out their colleagues and students directly during the first few weeks after Go-Live.

We intend to have several different Zoom lobbies operating during that time and are looking for additional staff who would be willing to participate. There will be orientation sessions during the week prior to Go-Live, and we will schedule people into sessions based on their availability and interests.

If you think you might be interested in helping out with this effort, please fill out the Go-Live Support Volunteer Form. (Note that you must be logged in to Highline’s Google Apps to complete this form.)

Thanks for considering, and we look forward to working with you on this soon.
