The Respiratory Care (RC) Program offers a sequence of courses that build on the prior courses taught in
the program. Courses start at the very basic level, such as RC 101 Respiratory Care Science I and RC 208 Respiratory Care Therapeutics I, which teach the very basic and foundational skills, all the way through very specific and specialized topics, such as RC 414 Pulmonary Diagnostics.

In addition to lecture classes students take lab, simulation and clinical classes which focus on hands on learning and skill acquisition. A complete list of classes we offer is available in the Highline Catalog.
