Financial Aid Refunds/Disbursements via BankMobile
Highline College has partnered with BankMobile Disbursements to deliver your remaining financial aid and scholarship funds after your tuition has been paid.
All Students: Once you have completed all the required steps for your financial aid file, you may use the BANKMOBILE DISBURSEMENTS LOGIN button on this page to choose your refund preference. You may also receive a BankMobile Refund Selection Kit in the mail. The envelope contains information to set up your refund (disbursement) choice.
All financial aid awards are automatically used to pay your tuition and fees before the start of each term. If your award exceeds the cost of your tuition, you will receive the remaining balance of your funds through the option you choose. BankMobile provides you with increased choices to access your financial aid and scholarships; these choices are:
Deposit to An Existing Account: Money is transferred to your existing bank or credit union account the same business day BankMobile receives funds from the school. Typically, it takes 1 – 2 business days for the receiving bank to credit the money to your account.
Electronic Deposit to a BankMoble Vibe Account: If you open a BankMobile Vibe account (upon identity verification), money is deposited the same business day BankMobile receives funds from your school.
- Paper Check Delivered by USPS: A check is mailed the same business day BankMobile receives funds from school, provided receipt is within daily cutoff times. Typically, it takes 5 – 7 business days for the check to arrive, depending on USPS First-Class® delivery timeframes.
Please make sure Highline College has your correct current mailing address. Once you complete your financial aid file, your Refund Selection Kit will be mailed to your current address on file with the Enrollment Services, so it needs to be accurate.
