February 8, 2021
Highline is scheduled to go live with ctcLink on February 8, 2021. The clock is counting down to our big transition.
Project Stars
Many employees have been busy behind the scenes, making sure we are ready. Dr. Mosby didn’t have time to name them all, but did take a moment to single out a few areas:
- Continuing Education
- Enrollment Services
- Finance
- Financial Aid
- Human Resources
- Scheduling Office in Academic Affairs
These teams and others are hard at work helping build, validate and test the system. And he reminded us that the staff in these areas will need additional time to respond to emails and other requests. Remember to show each other some grace.
Training Ready Now
Moving to ctcLink will affect everyone on campus. What can you do to prepare? Take the self-paced training courses. Go to the Training page for directions. If you’re confused about which courses are right for you, talk to your supervisor or email Delta Dog. And see the Sept. 14 blog post, “Delta Dog Offers Tips for Tackling Training.”
Lunch and Learn
Beginning October 2, you can eat and engage with ctcLink project team members during Lunch and Learn with Delta Dog. These new Zoom sessions will give you the chance to ask questions about ctcLink and hear project updates. And, you’ll learn what Delta Dog eats for lunch.
