Political science explores the interaction between citizens and their government. It deals with important topics: taxes, diversity, equity, elections and voting, how laws are made, and how we manage society. Political science explains how the world works and asks tough questions about why people behave the way they do when it comes to politics and government.
While Highline doesn't offer a specific degree in Political Science, the Associate in Arts DTA will help you transfer to a 4-year program.
