CS/CIS: What's the difference?

  • Computer Science (CS) is for the creators. You’ll focus on how to build software, design systems, and write the code that makes technology work.

  • Computer Information Systems (CIS) is for the problem-solvers. You’ll focus on how businesses use that technology to stay organized, secure, and competitive.
