The Weekly Wag, Issue #24

Delta DogWelcome to The Weekly Wag, your home for quick news and updates on the ctcLink project.

Woof to Our Super Bowl Sunday Warriors!

This week’s Golden Paw Award is long overdue, but no less heartfelt. Huge thanks go to our SMEs and ctcLink Project Team members who worked on Sunday, Feb. 7 (aka Super Bowl Sunday), to validate our data, attend virtual meetings and more prior to Go-Live on Monday, Feb. 8. See the full list of these superstars on the Paws Up page.

New How-to Guide for Entering Grades

You can now find 19 accessible documents and 7 videos covering employee-focused topics in the How-to Guides section of Help and Resources, including the new video on entering grades in ctcLink (scroll down to “Grades: Entering”). Listen to the melodious voice of Cory Martin as he guides you through the process. Students are getting similar help with 5 documents, 7 links to Canvas modules and 7 videos at ctcLink Tutorials for Students. These guides will help you do various tasks and functions within ctcLink. More will be added in the coming weeks.

Training Still Available

Are you digging in to ctcLink and finding there is more you’d like to learn? ctcLink courses are still available and will be indefinitely. To register, visit Training for ctcLink. And see tips for getting started.

Students Will Get Extra Support to Enroll in Classes

Over the next couple of weeks, students can attend Get ctcLinked! Zoom sessions to receive help enrolling in spring classes in ctcLink. Students learned about these sessions, and other helpful information, in a March 17 message. See all past messages at ctcLink Student News.
