Payroll Deadlines for March 1-15 Pay Period

For the current pay period (March 1-15), note the following deadlines and reminders.

Employees

All employee groups listed below must enter time and absences in the ctcLink system by March 15 at 10 a.m.

Classified, Overtime-Eligible Exempt, Hourly and Students

  • Enter all time worked for this payroll period; and/or
  • Request any leave time taken for this payroll period. If no leave time was used for this pay period, then no leave request is required.

Full-Time Faculty, Part-Time Faculty and Exempt

  • Request any leave time taken for this payroll period. If no leave time was used for this pay period, then no leave request is required.

Supervisors

Supervisors need to do the following by March 15 at 5 p.m.:

  • Approve all time reported and leave requested.
  • Contact all your employees who have not submitted the required (1) time reports for time worked, and (2) absence requests for time taken.

Check your email regularly and often for payroll communications and approvals requiring your immediate action.
