Mindfulness in Action

Highline College’s Week of Wellness begins with a talk on mindfulness, presented by Dr. Allison Lau, Highline’s Associate Dean for Counseling and Student Conduct. When practiced intentionally, mindfulness can help us find peace in the present moment, even in the most stressful of times. Learn how to find your own inner peace. Refreshments provided.

Event is free and open to the public. Highline students will be eligible for door prizes.
