Here’s some additional information from the presenter:
“The UW School of Law values diversity and we hope to encourage students from traditionally underrepresented communities and nontraditional backgrounds to pursue a legal education. With a more global economy and diverse communities, it is critical that attorneys and judges reflect the communities which they serve. Community colleges such as Highline College have a rich and vibrant community of students and we hope that Highline students will be encouraged to continue their graduate education at the UW School of Law after completing their bachelor’s degree.”
