Skills for Life is an interactive counseling group offered for students to learn tips and strategies for managing the stresses and expectations of life in college. Topics will include: coping skills, stress management, mindfulness techniques, sensory support strategies, crisis/wellness planning, emotional regulation, and self-care. This group will be neurodiversity affirming and is open to all students.
