Brain fog when studying?  Sleepy in class? Brain freeze during tests?  Overwhelmed by the sheer amount of stuff to learn?  Depression/anxiety during the quarter?  How do we keep our brains clear?  How can we enhance memory?

Many factors affect how well our brains can learn – stress, lack of sleep, drugs, interest in the material, exercise.  This presentation offers current ideas about how to keep our brains clear and focused.
