Yoga is for everyone! Please join instructor Amy Rider King for a yoga session with universal design in mind, where everyone can access the benefits of yoga. Yoga is known to decrease stress and anxiety and help us move through the winter blues. Through seated poses you can learn how to incorporate yoga into your everyday life.
