COVID-19 Health Screening

Do you have any of these symptoms that you cannot attribute to another condition?

  • Cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Fever or chills
  • Muscle or body aches
  • Vomiting or Diarhea
  • New loss of taste or smell

If you answer “yes” you cannot enter the building. The CDC recommends anyone with symptoms to get tested.

COVID-19 symptoms can range from mild to severe illness and appear 2-14 days after you are exposed to the virus. These are not all possible symptoms. Refer to Symptoms of COVID-19 on the CDC website.

Face Masks are Required Inside Buildings

  • Unaccinated Employees And Students
    Required to wear a face mask inside buildings.
  • Fully Vaccinated Employees And Students
    Required to wear a face mask inside buildings at this time. This will be reassessed periodically and guided by WA DOH and K.C. Public Health for Higher Education.
  • Visitors, Volunteers And Contractors
    Required to wear face mask inside buildings regardless of vaccination status.

Social distancing keeps everyone safe!

Stay at least 3’ away from other people inside and outside of buildings when possible. Watch for social distancing markers on floors. Do not gather in groups.
