Highline will begin using ctcLink as our system of record on February 8, our “Go-Live” date. Go-Live is only 6 days away (4 working days).
3 Tips for Getting Ready
1. Prepare for Deadlines
Tomorrow is a big day: last day for faculty to access class rosters in Instructor Briefcase and last day for staff to finalize legacy transactions. View other key activities, deadlines and closures on the Timeline Road Map.
2. Finish Training
Though the target date for completing the training has passed, ctcLink courses are still available (and will be indefinitely). We encourage you to finish your courses before Go-Live so you’ll know how to track and report time, request an absence, view your payroll and personal information and much more. To register, visit Training for ctcLink. And see tips for getting started.
Woof to you! As of January 25, Highline employees have started or completed more than 2,400 courses.
3. Help Others
Register today if you can volunteer to help your colleagues and our students with Go-Live Support Sessions. Short orientations will be held Feb. 3, 10 a.m., and Feb. 4, 1 p.m. Fill out the Go-Live Support Volunteer Form. (Note that you must be logged in to Highline’s Google Apps to complete the form.)
