What is it?
The “Emergency Scholarship Fund” is money that is raised
through Highline Community College efforts for current students that
are Single Parents or Displaced Homemakers.
What can it be used for?
These funds are to help current students overcome obstacles that may
prevent them from continuing their education. Examples include utility
bills, food, transportation, bus passes/gas (Books are not an emergency
expense).
How much can I get?
Students can receive up to $100.00 once only. Students who are able
to reimburse the Emergency Scholarship Fund are eligible for future
assistance.

Fund Application (Word), and
Call us at 206-878-3710, ext. 3340, and make an appointment to see
one of the Women’s Programs advisors.
Funds are limited and there is NO guarantee we can assist all students.
