Benefit payments are made directly to the student. At the end of
each month, recipients are required to “verify”. Call
1-877-823-2378 OR you can do so on-line through the VA
website WAVE (Web
Automated Verification of Enrollment).
Chapter 35: Benefit payments are made
directly to the student.
