COMPASS
Exception
All new students are expected to take the
COMPASS or COMPASS ESL placement test unless one of the
following three situations apply.

You have completed college level
English Composition and Intermediate Algebra at an accredited
college or university, with in the past five years with a grade
of 2.0 or higher. You must have completed both subjects to be
exempt from testing. Submit your unofficial college transcripts
or grade reports to the Educational Planning Center.

You have earned a B.A., B.S., or A.A.
degree. Come to the Educational Planning Center with an
unofficial copy of your degree.

If you have taken the COMPASS or ASSET Test
at another college within the past two years submit official
copies of your scores to the Testing Center.
