Student
Programs Design Team
We make you look good!
The Student Programs Design Team consists of three student graphic
designers who create print and web materials to promote and support
student events, activities and programs. We use our artistic talent and
our knowledge of graphic design computer software to make flyers,
posters, banners, invitations, handbills and many other exciting
materials to help your program be successful.
The services of the
Design Team are provided free to any Highline Community College
recognized student club or organization, such as student government,
Team Highline, Phi Theta Kappa, and individual student clubs. Depending
on the project requested by a student organization, there may be a
charge for printing or other materials.
If you have a project you
would like the designers to help you with, please contact Jodie
Robinett, Design Team advisor, at 206-878-3710 ext. 3535 or at
jrobinet@highline.edu. You may also pick up a Design Request Form
from the front desk of the Student Programs office.
How to Join the Design Team
The Student Programs
Design Team is an outstanding opportunity to get real-life experience in
a graphic design agency environment and to work on-campus while
completing your education. The graphic designers each work 15 hours per
week during the academic year. During the summer student designers
participate in a comprehensive training program (August-September, 20-30
hours per week).
Applications for the
2008-09 Design Team will be available in Spring Quarter 2008. For more
information, contact Jodie Robinett, 206-878-3710 ext. 3535 or at
jrobinet@highline.edu
