Dear Washington Achiever,
ALOHA! My name is Yoshiko Harden-Abe and I am
the Director of Multicultural Services and Student Development. I
have worked at HCC for five years and I love working with students
to support them as they progress on their social, cultural and
academic journeys. Prior to coming to Highline I earned my
undergraduate degree from University of California, San Diego in
Communications and Women’s Studies and graduate degree from Seattle
University in Student Development Administration.
In my role as College Mentor Coordinator for
Washington Achiever’s I work closely with students to provide
academic advising, scholarship information and help students
transfer to a four-year college or university.
Highline is a great place to begin your
educational journey. I look forward to meeting you.
