ISP Advising

Change of Contact Information: If you move or change your telephone number or email address, please fill out and submit this form.

ISP Record Exit Form: If you are leaving Highline Community College, please fill out and bring this form to the ISP office in Building 6. We use this form to confirm that you are no longer attending Highline and to communicate with you about graduation and alumni activities.

Transfer Report: If you are transferring to Highline from another school in the U.S., you need to have your advisor at your current school fill out this form to establish that you are maintaining your immigration status.

Vacation or Part-Time Study Request: Please send this form if you 1) plan to take one quarter off and stay inside the U.S., 2) plan to take time off to go to your home country, or 3) if you need to study part-time due to medical illness or graduation quarter.
