International Leadership Student Council
The application deadline for the 2009-2010 ILSC has
passed. If you are interested in joining the 2010-2011
team, get involved in campus leadership and events!
- Are you outgoing, friendly and positive?
- Do you like planning events and programs?
- Do you enjoy meeting people from around the world?
- Do you want to develop strong leadership skills?
- Do you have at least a 3.0 GPA?
If you answered YES to these questions, apply for the
International Leadership Student Council! We're looking
for five enthusiastic new members for next year. We work
hard, but we have lots of fun, too!
What is the ILSC? The International Leadership Student Council plans fun
events and activities for international students, including
Conversation Pal,
The Mosaic international student newsletter,
Volunteer Bank,
Movie Fridays and
GlobalFest, as well as
various social activities and cultural events. This year
we had snowball fights on Mt. Rainier, scared everyone to death
in a Halloween haunted house, cheered at
the Super Bowl, and danced the night away at the Enchanted
Winter Dance. What will we do next year? Join the ILSC and that will be up to you!
How can I apply?
Applications will be available for the 2010-2011 council on
April 1st, 2010. You will be able to download the
application packet from this page or pick one up in the
International Student Programs office on the 5th floor of the
library.
