The goal of the International Student Programs office is to assist you with any issues you may encounter while studying at Highline.

Educational Planning and Advising Center
The Educational Planning and Advising Center (EPAC) is committed to providing you the tools and information you need to achieve your educational goals. EPAC staff members can offer you direction as you determine your course selections or choose your future academic path. The transfer center provides a variety of services:
- Transfer Fairs, featuring up to 30 different colleges and universities
- Transfer planning
- Choose a Major workshops
- On-site appointments with four-year admissions representatives
- Essay, scholarship and application assistance
- Kaplan English Programs on campus
Tutoring Center
If you find yourself struggling in a difficult class, we offer
tutoring in virtually any subject scheduled at Highline Community College. This assistance is free of charge to currently enrolled students.
Counseling Center
The Counseling Center helps you reach your academic goals through educational, career, and personal counseling. If you are having trouble with stress, classes or culture shock, you can get help solving your problems.
