Financial Aid
Guide
-
The Financial Aid Office and students must
follow Federal and Washington State regulations. Aid will not
be awarded until all required forms are completed and received.
Six weeks after submitting your Free Application for Federal
Student Aid (FAFSA), you may check the status of your
application. Any conflicting information on your application
must be clarified before aid will be awarded. Applying for aid
usually takes two to three months to complete and in some cases
it may take longer. Please plan ahead.
The information that you report on your
application is used to determine your eligibility. When your
file is complete, we will evaluate your application and notify you
of your eligibility. We use the following formula to determine
your eligibility:
2008 -2009 School & Living Expenses - Expected Family
Contribution (EFC) - Other Resources = Financial Need
