The Early Childhood Learning Center is a student-initiated and student supported
program. The program is sponsored by the Associated Students of Highline
Community
College, and funding is subsidized by student services and activity fees.
The Center, established in 1972, was one of the first
on-campus child care centers in Washington and has been recognized as a model for
innovative programs in early childhood development.
To best serve our student parents, flexible
schedules are available.
