Commencement 2008 - Waitlist for Extra Guest Tickets
- Extra guest tickets are on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Put your name on the waiting list by completing and submitting
this form by 12pm, Friday June 6. We will not be able to
accommodate requests placed after this time.
- There is a limit of 8 extra tickets.
- You will be notified via email on June 9 if you are to receive extra tickets.
- You must pick-up the extra tickets by 5:00 p.m. on June 10 in the Student Programs office
(HSU, 3rd Floor)
