Transcripts
Ordering Official Transcripts - (See fee per transcript.)
- Official transcripts are used by students transferring to another college and
are delivered in a sealed envelope, guaranteeing authenticity.
- Processing time is 3 working days.
- Please note: If attendance was prior to Winter 1976, processing time is 3 weeks.
- We cannot accept requests by e-mail.
- You must submit a written letter along with payment for each transcript ordered. Use the Transcript Request Form OR send in a written request with the following information:
- Name (Include all names you have used.)
- Student Identification Number and/or Social Security Number

- Your current phone number and address
- Approximate dates of attendance
- Number of transcripts being requested
- Name and address where you want them mailed or specify you will pick them up.
- Your signature releasing transcript
- Payment - (See fee per
transcript.)

Your social security number is confidential and, under a federal law
called the Family Educational Rights & Privacy Act, the college will
protect it from unauthorized use and/or disclosure. In compliance
with state/federal requirements, disclosure may be authorized for
the purposes of state and federal financial aid, Hope/Lifetime
Learning tax credits, academic transcripts, assessment or
accountability research.
Unofficial Transcripts via the Web
Unofficial transcripts are available
on the Web if you attended Highline summer 1991 or later. If
attendance was prior to summer 1991, you will need to order your
transcript.
