Highline Names Its New Cross-Country and Distance Track
Coach
Highline CC is proud to announce the hiring of
Josh Baker as its new Women’s and Men’s Cross Country and Distance
Track Coach. Josh has most recently been working at
Highline as the Director of the new, Personnel Fitness
Trainer program and has been an assistant coach for the
Highline men’s basketball team. With expertise in
athlete training, endurance, and strength training, he
was a natural fit, once he expressed interest in the
job. Josh is also a very accomplished recruiter and will
make an immediate impact on the rebuilding of the Cross
Country and Distance Track Program.

Team goes to the Nationals.
Check out the Results
Highline has had
wrestling for 30-40 years. Over the last 5 years they
have had 35 National Qualifiers, averaging 7 national
qualifier a year. In the last 4 years, they have had 5
Region 18 Champions, as well as the Most Outstanding
Wrestler of the Region 18 Championships. In addition,
the last 5 years Highline has produced 6 All-Americans,
3 National Finalists, and 1 National Champion.
