Call to Order

Elizabeth Chen, Chair, called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. in the Conference Room in Building 1.

Attorney General Representative: Derek Edwards

Recess to Executive Session at 5:02 p.m.

Chair Chen announced that the Board would recess into Executive Session to discuss the performance of a public employee.

Reconvene from Executive Session at 6:30 p.m.

Chair Chen reconvened the meeting.

Adjournment

Chair Chen adjourned the meeting at 6:30 p.m.
