Call to Order

Elizabeth Chen, Chair, called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. in the offices of Trustee Mike Regeimbal, at 612 South 227th Street, Des Moines, WA 98198.

Recess to Executive Session at 5:02 p.m.

Chair Chen announced that the Board would recess into Executive Session to discuss the performance of a public employee.

Reconvene from Executive Session at 6:40 p.m.

Chair Chen reconvened the meeting.

Adjournment

Chair Chen adjourned the meeting at 6:40 p.m.
