MINUTES OF SPECIAL BOARD OF TRUSTEES’ MEETING

September 22, 2004

Call to Order

Chairman Ed Davila called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. in Room 411 of Building 25.

Roll Call

Members Present: Michael Allan

Elizabeth Chen

Edward Davila

J. Michael Emerson

Attorney General Representative: Derek Edwards

Executive Session

At 4:10 p.m. the Board convened to Executive Session to discuss performance of a public employee.

Open Session

At 4:45 p.m. the Board reconvened the meeting. There was no action item.

The Board discussed the Pacific Institute Seminar, “Taking It To The Next Level” held at the Westin Hotel on September 17, 18, and 19 which they attended.

They also discussed team building for the Board.

Adjournment

The meeting was adjourned at 6:55 p.m.
