Election of Board officers for 2004-05.

 

It was moved by Michael Allan and seconded by Elizabeth Chen that the following be named Board Officers for the 2004-05:

 

                        Chairman:  Ed Davila

                        Vice Chairman:  Arun Jhaveri

                        TACTC Representative:  Elizabeth Chen

                        Legislative Representative: Michael Allan

                        HCC Foundation Board Representative:  Mike Emerson

 

The motion carried.
