It was moved by Michael Allan and seconded by Elizabeth Chen that the following be named Board Officers for the 2005-06:

 

                        Chairman:                                                       Mike Emerson

                        Vice Chairman:                                               Elizabeth Chen

                        TACTC Representative:                                 Rita Creighton

                        Legislative Representative:                             Ed Davila

                        HCC Foundation Board Representative:        Mike Emerson
