In the fall of 1995, Highline Community College began its first effort at strategic planning. Our plan developed into our first document, the 1996 Strategic Plan.

In November 2001, the Highline Community College Board of Trustees adopted an updated Strategic Plan.

In July 2006, the Highline Community College Board of Trustees adopted the current Strategic Plan.
