Congratulations to Rich Bankhead and his Engineering (ENGR 290) students - they swept the competition AGAIN this year at the 11th annual Human Powered Paper Vehicle competition at Eastern Washington University.

  
Highline Engineering Students

These students worked very hard and the efforts produced outstanding results, improving on last year's impressive record of winning 3 out 6 awards to take 4 out of 6 this year! Highline has set the standard the past two years and is now the confirmed college to beat in future competitions.

The event is sponsored by two NSF grants the college has received, the Engineering Scholarship Program and the Northwest Engineering Talent Expansion Partnership, which support recruiting and retention in the Engineering department.
