Upon approval by Executive Staff, professional development funds for the administrative and exempt staff are available at 50 percent for those requests to attend a public institution and 40 percent for those requests to attend a private or out of state institution for the cost for tuition, fees, and books, on a reimbursement basis, toward earning a degree or certificate.  There is a maximum award of $3,000 per year per individual.  Other activities or areas of interest for professional development will also be considered for funding by the Executive Staff on a case by case basis.
