Will e-mail be available in my office?

Yes. Your office computer will be equipped with Microsoft Outlook and will have access to the Internet. An account request form must be submitted to Administrative Technology by your supervisor in order to set up your accounts properly. All faculty and staff, part-time and full-time; temporary and permanent, will be set up with Highline accounts. You will receive your logon information from Administrative Technology. If you need assistance with logging in, please call the Administrative Technology Helpdesk at x4357, option 2.

Do students have access to e-mail as well?

Highline Student Email is currently being piloted. It is anticipated that all students will be provided Highline email accounts by fall quarter 2008. In the meantime, many students already have accounts through their Internet Service Providers or free email services, such as Hotmail or Yahoo Mail.
