Leadership Award
The Washington State Productivity Board  is asking state workers to nominate individuals  at all levels  of management who show exemplary leadership for the Leadership Award. The award will be given  to state government managers, supervisors, directors and others who demonstrate at least one of the following attributes:

• Visionary
• Commitment to service
• Significant contributions to the advancement of state government
• Personal integrity
• Inspirational

STTACC Exemplary Staff Award
Staff Training for Technical and Community Colleges is a statewide organization charged with providing support for and information on training for classified staff employed at Washington state's community and technical colleges.

STTACC Award Winners
Each year one classified employee from each of five state regions is selected to receive the STTACC Exemplary Staff Award for contribution to the classified staff training development. Highline Community College is proud to have following classified employees awarded in the past for their involvement in the classified training development.

Extra Mile Award
The Washington State Productivity Board is asking the public and state workers to nominate public employees who have gone the extra mile to save government money and/or increase efficiency.   Each year, the Extra Mile Award is given to individuals or groups of public employees who exceed expectations for exemplary public service by demonstrating at least one of the following attributes:

• Execute an innovative solution.
• Improve efficiency.
• Exhibit visionary thinking.
• Overcome great odds or disadvantages.
• Demonstrate personal valor or bravery.
