The EAPAS Toolkit
includes numerous tools that you can use to help evaluate job performance,
and especially for use in measuring the effectiveness of your Development
Initiatives. The information below includes a brief description of the
different tools that are available. The actual surveys, documentation,
and other resources are available on the EAPAS web site.
If there are no tools that meet your needs, you are
welcome to develop your own. Resources may be available to assist in this;
contact Human Resources for more information.
We encourage sharing of these tools with the campus
community. Contact Human Resources to have a tool added to the EAPAS Toolkit.
