FACULTY PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FUND

Highline Community College encourages and expects professional development from the faculty. To facilitate professional development beginning with the 2005-2006 academic year, the College will budget each year an amount sufficient to allow half of the full-time faculty $1,500 per faculty member to be used in the pursuit of professional development. The intent is that each full-time faculty member has access to these funds in alternate years.
