Welcome to Highline Community College Human Resources Office web page. Our objective in establishing and maintaining this site is to provide an "easy to use" format for finding needed and helpful HR information sought by our faculty and staff.  It is also a helpful site for those interested in employment with Highline Community College to identify and express interest in specific job opportunities.

The HCC HR Office provides direct service and specialized consultation to the administration, management, and employees of HCC in the following subject matters: classification, payroll services, benefits administration, policy/procedure and legal analysis, labor and employee relations, personnel-related file system management, recruitment and selection, regulatory
compliance management, and training and development programs.

Highline Community College is a great place to work.
