Recycling
As a state entity, Highline Community College is
required to reduce waste through recycling and purchase products
made from recyclable materials. We recycle cardboard, white paper,
colored paper, aluminum cans, newspapers, glass, toner cartridges,
office furniture.
To help our Recycling Program, observe the following tips:
-
Use the recycling containers on campus for
recyclable materials, not garbage.
-
Use voice mail and e-mail instead of written
memos.
-
Route periodicals, newspapers and memos,
where possible.
-
Make double sided copies and use drafts of
memos as scratch paper.
