call the office at ext. 3260.

If the Facilities office is closed call ext. 3820, if no
answer, leave a message. If there is imminent danger to life or property: Call Security
at ext. 3218 or ext. 3219.
Who can help me if my office is UGLY?

For painting, carpeting, or other cosmetic
repairs send an email to
Facilities Work Orders.

The requests are prioritized and completed as funding becomes
available.
I need a key for a room/office on campus

Send a
Materials
& Service Request (MSR) to Facilities stating which keys you
need for which doors/rooms/offices.
Facilities will cut a key, if necessary, when the appropriate
paper work has been completed and signatures obtained.

For access into a building, room, or office: Contact Security at
ext. 3218/3219.
Can you help me if I've lost the key to my
desk or filing cabinet?

number that appears on the lock.
