Central Services

Central Services is located on the first floor of Building 25. (See campus map.) The following highlights are among those services provided to the campus.

Receiving and Delivery:

  • Items shipped to Highline are received by Central Services on a daily basis and delivered to the campus within a day of receipt.

  • Inventoried items requiring tags are delivered as soon as that process is complete. Most computer equipment is released to Administrative Technologies for installation.

Office Moves:

  • Central Services provides assistance with small moves. Larger moves will be coordinated through the use of a moving vendor, please contact Dianna Thiele via email dthiele@highline.edu or call Ext. 3710.

  • For assistance with small moves, forward a Furniture Move Form (Word) to Dave Kress MS 24-1.

  • Several factors often need to be considered to complete an office move, such as:

    • Will this involve moving computers or telephones?

    •  Will you have items that won't be needed at the new location? Will they need to go to surplus?  (See surplus. below.)
